The Wayne County Heart Walk, an annual fundraiser that benefits the American Heart Association, was held recently at Oak Hill Park in Wooster. More than 600 walkers took part in the event, which brought in more than $160,000. Some of the money raised will go toward local programs, including CPR training and nutrition education for area school children.
