A dedication ceremony for a new stained glass window will be held this weekend at the Wayne County Public Library’s main branch in downtown Wooster. The window will be dedicated in memory of Greg Lubelski, who passed away last year and served as the library’s director from 2002 to 2010. The dedication ceremony will take place Sunday afternoon, at two o’clock, in the library’s lobby.
