Gov. Mike Dewine has good news for Wayne County residents affected by July’s flooding. Dewine recently announced that the county has officially qualified for disaster relief loans stemming from the flooding. A preliminary damage assessment found that there were 38 structures in the county that sustained uninsured damage from the flooding that occurred back on July 21st.
