The Wayne County Regional Training Facility will soon have a new executive director. Erica Springer is set to take over as the new executive director for the facility, taking over for Dallas Terrell, who is set to become the new fire chief with Wooster Township Fire and Rescue. Springer has been with the training facility since 2015, and currently serves as the EMS program director for the facility. Kristen Brockway will take over for Springer as the EMS program director, while Phillip Chupp will take over as the fire program director for Terrell. The transition will take place on April 1st.
