Wayne County’s League of Women Voters will be putting on its annual Candidates’ Night next month. The event, which brings together Wayne County voters and candidates running for various offices, will take place on October 12th, beginning at 6:30pm, inside the Shisler Conference Center, in Wooster. Taking part in this year’s event will be candidates running for Wooster Mayor, Wooster City Council, and the Wooster City School Board. As a nonpartisan organization, the League of Women Voters says all candidates receive equal invitations and treatment, and that no candidate is endorsed by the League.
