Governor Mike DeWine updated the state coronavirus Public Health Advisory System, and most of the state’s counties are now in the level 3 red category. According to the updated system, Wayne, Ashland, Medina, Holmes and Stark Counties are included in the red category. Wayne County remained red this week, as did Stark County, while Ashland and Medina were elevated back into the red. Holmes County appeared in the level three category for the first time since the system was put in place in June. All of the state’s counties meet the CDC’s guidelines for high incidence, while 56 of the 88 sit now in the level three red category.
