The Wayne County Community Foundation recently hit a milestone, surpassing $100 million in overall net assets. The foundation, which now manages 475 different funds, says its growing asset size will not only help the investment position of its family of donors, it will also help create even more funds in the future. Since its inception back in 1978, the foundation has handed out more than $80 million worth of grants and scholarships.
