The National Commission on Cancer has granted a Three-Year Accreditation to the cancer program at Wooster Community Hospital. To earn the CoC accreditation, a hospital’s cancer program must meet 34 separate  quality care standards and maintain a level of excellence in the delivery of comprehensive patient-centered care.  According to the hospital, the CoC Accreditation provides the framework to improve the quality of its care through a number of different cancer-related programs.
