The Wooster City School District’s board of education has approved a ten-year, 75% tax abatement for the Wooster Brush Company. The tax break will allow the company to move forward with an expansion project that will reportedly cost between $13 and $19 million. Wooster Brush is hoping to build a 500,000-square-foot manufacturing and distribution facility at the city’s new Innovation Industrial Park.
