The Wayne County Schools Career Center will be hosting an open house this week. It will take place on Thursday, from 5-7:30pm. The public is invited to attend, with a special invitation extended to all of Wayne County’s eighth, ninth and 10th grade students, along with their families. High School juniors are also invited to tour the career center’s RAMTEC facility and learn about Machining Technologies and Robotics & Automation, the two half-day programs that are available only to seniors. Teachers and guidance counselors will also be on hand to answer any questions, while building tours will be given by staff guides, or maps will be available for anyone who wants to tour the career center on their own.
