The West Holmes Local School District will be looking to the public to approve a renewal levy in November. The West Holmes Board of Education approved a resolution to put the .92 mils renewal levy on the ballot during their meeting on Monday. The renewal will not raise taxes for residents and will cost the owner of a $100,000 home just over $32 a year. The levy itself was first passed in 1978 and has been renewed through the years and will generate over $422,000 a year for the district.
