The city of Wooster has been awarded a $200,000 grant from the state.  The money will reportedly be used to offset the cost of a project to extend a pair of dead-end roads near the Daisy Brand plant.  According to a press release from the Wayne Economic Development Council, the project will provide a remedy to a major public safety access issue, while also greatly enhancing traffic flows for more than 2,000 employees and thousands of freight operators.
