The first ever Wooster Celtic Festival will take place next summer at the Wayne County Fairgrounds. The event, which is being organized by local residents, was originally planned as simply an Irish Festival, but after some discussion the decision was made to make it a Celtic Festival to help incorporate the College of Wooster.
