A new master facilities plan for the Wooster City School District was presented at this week’s board of education meeting.  The plan, which is currently under consideration, proposes a new sixth-eighth-grade building to be constructed on the campus of Wooster High School, while kindergarten-second grade students would be housed at the Kean, Parkview and Cornerstone elementary buildings.  Cornerstone would also house the district’s Littlest Generals preschool and PlayLab, while Edgewood Middle School would be used as an intermediate school for third, fourth and fifth-graders.  If board members approve the new plan, a bond issue could appear on the ballot next November.
