The Wooster City Schools Board of Education has ok’d free meals for students thru December.  Wooster will participate in the USDA’s extended summer meal program through Dec. 31 to ensure nutritious food for children as the country deals with the pandemic.  All students will receive free meals in the Wooster district, including students studying remotely. Breakfast and lunch are also part of the program, which could extend into the first or second quarter of the new year, depending upon economic factors and the status of the Covid-19.  As of now, the Wooster City Schools district will begin again in January to charge lunch prices that are already established.
