For the first time in a decade, the Wooster City School District is asking voters to approve additional funding for operating expenses. The district has decided to place a 6.5 mill levy on the upcoming March primary ballot. If approved, the levy would generate more than $4 million in annual revenue. The last time the district asked for new money was back in August of 2010.
