At its meeting on Monday night, Wooster City Council unanimously approved next year’s budget, which calls for the addition of three new full-time employees.  Two of the new positions will be in the city’s utilities division, while the third new job will be that of a parks supervisor for the city’s public properties maintenance division.  Following last night’s meeting, which was council’s final one of the year, Mayor Bob Breneman and all re-elected council members were also sworn in for their next terms.
