Wooster Council approves 2021 budget

Council members in Wooster have approved the city’s appropriations budget for next year.  The budget, which can be viewed in its entirety on the city’s website, was given the green light at council’s meeting earlier this week.  City officials say that after watching the pandemic significantly impact this year’s revenue and expenditures, they’re expecting each to return to more typical pre-COVID levels by the second quarter of 2021.
