At its first meeting of the New Year, Wooster City Council last night welcomed in two new at-large members, along with the city’s new planning and zoning manager. The newest additions to council are Bob Reynolds and Barbara Knapic, who brings with her eight years of previous council experience. Wooster’s new planning and zoning manager is Vince Marion, who has more than 20 years of city planning experience elsewhere.
