At its meeting on Monday night, Wooster City Council approved the latest steps in three upcoming construction projects, including one that will extend Daisy Way so that it connects with Old Airport Road.  That project has a price tag of $1 million, but nearly half of that will be covered by state grants.  The remaining cost will be spit 70/30 between the city and adjacent property owners.  Council also approved resolutions for the city to seek bids on projects to repair a culvert under the Dix Expressway and to replace a waterline on Holmes Boulevard and Caldwell Drive.
