Prior to city council’s regular meeting on Monday night, Wooster’s finance committee will conduct a meeting to talk about how to best use the city’s share of the American Rescue Plan Act funds. The meeting, which will be open to the public, is set to begin that night at 6:30pm, inside city hall’s council chambers.
