A Wooster High School graduate will be competing this weekend as a member of the U.S. Paralympic Team.  22-year old Casey Followay will be racing in the seated 100-meter dash at the Parapan American Games, which will open Saturday in Peru.  Followay, who was born with spina bifida, leaving him paralyzed from the waist down, has already had an impressive summer.  He won the seated 100 at the Canadian National Championships just last month.
