The Wooster Hope Center is unveiling a new program that will help bolster the nutritional options for the area’s low-income seniors. The program is a partnership between the Hope Center, the Commodity Supplemental Food Program and the Akron Canton Regional Food Bank. Low income seniors will be able to visit the Hope Center once a month and pickup healthy food, such as fruits, veggies, and dairy. Registration for the new program will begin this upcoming Tuesday.
