City council members in Wooster have approved a proposal that will allow another county’s bond issue to fund the refinancing of Wooster’s Lifecare Hospice facility. The bonds will be issued through Montgomery County, where Ohio’s Hospice is headquartered, and could eventually fund other projects as well. Wooster’s Lifecare Hospice facility was built back in 2014 at a cost of $7 million.
