Demolitions crews tore down the Wooster Inn on Monday.  The College of Wooster, which owned the building, had announced its plans to raze the inn back in February.  At the time, the college said it would simply cost too much money to make the needed repairs and renovations to the building, which was constructed back in the late 1950s.  Clean up of the site is expected to begin tomorrow, with preliminary plans in place for a dozen tennis courts and a large parking lot to eventually be built there.  The college will be holding a public zoom meeting on Thursday for anyone who would like to learn more about its plans.
