Wooster man to have robbery trial bound over to Common Pleas Court

A Wooster man’s criminal case will be heard in Wayne County Common Pleas Court, after he waived  his initial hearing yesterday in municipal court.  18 year-old Ryan Schwarz is charged with a second- degree felony count of robbery for allegedly pulling a gun on two Orrville women earlier this month and then stealing their cell phones during an argument over money.  Schwarz remains jailed, with bond set at $5,000 bond.
