Wooster Mayor Bob Breneman gave his annual state of the city address at this week’s city council meeting.  In addition to reflecting on his 14-year tenure as Wooster’s mayor, which will end later this year, Breneman challenged the city to make this year a productive one by accomplishing, or at least making headway, on a number of projects that his administration has been working on.  At the top of that list is the $5.5 million Fire Station No. 1 renovation project, which is scheduled to begin this summer.
