Prior to city council’s regular meeting this evening, Wooster Mayor Bob Breneman will give his annual State of the City address. The mayor’s speech will begin at 6:30, inside city hall’s council chambers. Like all of council’s meetings, the mayor’s speech will be open to the public, but for those unable to attend, The Daily Record will be streaming the speech live on its Facebook page.
