A retired U.S. Diplomat, and Wooster native, will be speaking next month at Ashland University. Philip Shull spent 31 years in the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s foreign service, including assignments in Korea, Argentina and China. Shull’s speech is part of a daylong conference on February 29th titled “Seeking Peace in a World of Nations”. The event is being put on by the university’s center for non violence.
