Police in Wooster arrested two people yesterday in connection with a deadly shooting that took place last summer. The shooting occurred in June of 2022, at a home in the 500 block of Spink Street, claiming the life of 51-year-old Leon Case. The police department’s initial investigation led to the indictment of 25-year old Jordan West on charges of aggravated murder. However, after a lengthy investigation by detectives, two more aggravated murder indictments were issued. Arrested yesterday were 21-year old William Maxwell and 19-year old Carson Connock. Police say the investigation remains ongoing, meaning there is a chance that additional indictments could still be handed down.
