Police in Wooster are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the death of a woman whose body was discovered on Sunday afternoon. Police say the woman’s body was found in a creek, near Freedlander Road, by some people who were there fishing. The body was sent to the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner’s Officer for further examination. Beyond sending condolences to the woman’s family, the police department says no further information will be released at this time.
