Wooster Salvation Army will once again operate winter warming center

For the third winter in a row, The Salvation Army in Wooster will be opening its doors to the homeless on very cold evenings.  The Salvation Army’s warming center will be open anytime the wind chill is 20 degrees or colder for at least four hours between the hours of 6pm and 8am.  The shelter, which was used 13 times last winter, will be strictly following COVID-19 guidelines.
