The city of Wooster says paving work, which was originally scheduled to begin today at the south end of Oak Hill Rd, has been pushed back until tomorrow. The pavement work will include both lanes of traffic, one at a time, with crews working their way to the area between Kadas Lane and Jesse Owens Drive. The second coat of base paving is expected to be repeated on Thursday, with the final coating of asphalt being laid down at a later date.
