Officials in Southwest Ohio have released the cause of death for a Wooster teenager whose body was found at a park near Cincinnati back in February.  After receiving the results of a toxicology report, the Hamilton County Coroner’s Office says 15-year old Emma Roberts died of an accidental drug overdose involving fentanyl and meth.  Roberts, who was under the care of children services at the time, had left a group home without permission about and week a half prior to her death.
