Two Wooster teens are facing criminal charges for allegedly spray painting a pair of downtown buildings and a bridge earlier this month.  The 17-year old boy and 16-year old girl are accused of writing “Black Lives Matter” on the Wayne County Courthouse and the Daily Record building, along with several profanities.  Officials say the pair also tagged the railroad bridge that runs over East Henry Street.  Both have been charged with a fifth-degree felony count of vandalism and two second-degree misdemeanor counts of criminal damaging.
