The city of Wooster will have a utility aggregation issue on next Tuesday’s ballot. There will be two questions on the ballot, one for electric aggregation and one for gas aggregation.  If the issue passes, all eligible residents will be automatically enrolled in the aggregation program.  However, any residents who do not want to participate are allowed to opt-out.  The city believes its residents should support the aggregation issue in order to save money on their utility bills.  The issue will not affect customers of Holmes-Wayne Electric Cooperative.
