During last night’s city council meeting, Wooster Mayor Bob Breneman made the announcement that Freedlander Pool will be open for swimming this summer. The pool will open up June 15th and be open seven days a week until it closes for the season on August 15th. Maximum capacity though will be reduced to allow for social distancing. The pool will also be cleaned and disinfected every two hours. Christmas Run, the city’s other pool, and the Sprayground at Knights Field will remain closed for the summer.
