In Wooster, work will resume next week on the State Route 83 renovation project that began last year. According to ODOT, the right lanes of 83 in both directions will be closed on Monday for the removal of crossover lighting. Then on Tuesday, the left lanes in each direction will be closed for work on the crossover area of the median wall. Motorists can expect long-term lane closures throughout the spring and summer. Work on the $30 million project is expected wrap up in October.
