Holmes County Commissioners approved a resolution Monday that will help make the County Road 77/SR 39 intersection project a reality. Commissioners will enter into an agreement with ODOT and Berlin Township trustees on the project, which will see the intersection reconfigured, including the traffic signals, storm sewer, lighting and curbed shoulders. Berlin Township trustees will pay $150,000 towards the $600,000 county match of the $2.5 million project. The rest of the money would be paid through ODOT. The project is set to being with construction in the spring with completion in October 2020.
