The city of Wooster is looking to apply for a pair of grants through the Ohio Department of Development’s Community Block Grant Program.  A $150,000 grant would be used to enhance and expand the city’s transportation services for low-to-moderate income residents  The second grant, for just over $190,000, would help the Viola Startzman Clinic expand its psychiatric services.  A public hearing on the matter will be held Thursday morning, beginning at 9am, inside city hall’s council chambers.
