In celebration of Monday being Earth Day, the city of Wooster teamed up with 60 volunteers from the Wooster Nazarene Church to beautify Oak Hill Park. Together, city workers and church volunteers were able to plant 39 giant arborvitaes at the park, as well as spread 100 yards of mulch.
