The Smithville Historical Society will be putting on a Civil War History Day next weekend. The event will take place on Saturday, June 20th at Smithville’s Pioneer Village and feature several Civil War reenactors and infantry drills. The society says it will be following social distancing guidelines and is encouraging anyone attending to do the same.
