A Wooster man who was found guilty of molesting a 5-year-old girl had his conviction reversed by an appeals court.  34-year old Anthony Bryant was convicted in October 2018 on two counts of gross sexual imposition in Wayne County Common Pleas Court. The Ninth District Court of Appeals has now ruled that there was insufficient evidence to convict Bryant on those two charges.  Initially sentenced to 10 years to life in prison, Bryant might now get a new trial.  That decision now rests with the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office.
