Improvement grants available to Wooster business owners

Business owners in Wooster will soon have the opportunity to make some upgrades to the outside of their buildings, thanks to funds from the American Rescue Plan Act.  The city recently set aside $50,000 worth of federal funds for the improvements.  Business owners will reportedly need to get an estimate and then submit it to the city for review.  If approved, the city would then match around 50% of the upgrade’s cost.
