The Wooster City School is extending its mask mandate for all students and staff into the New Year. School board members voted this week to require students and staff to wear masks in all buildings once they return from Christmas Break, on January 3rd. The mandate will not apply though to extracurricular activities, where mask-wearing will remain optional. The board will meet sometime next month to determine how long the mandate should remain in place.
