A northeast Ohio man with a long history of driving under the influence is now facing OVI charges in Wayne County. Jaquar Richardson, of Garfield Heights, was pulled over early Friday morning on State Route 226, in Wooster Township. According to the Wooster Post of the Highway Patrol, Richardson, who over the last 20 years has five previous OVI convictions, was pulled over for driving left of center. Richardson is scheduled to appear in Wayne County Municipal Court on Wednesday morning.
