The Norwayne Local School District is now accepting applications for kindergarten registration and screening. Screening dates are set for May 8th and 9th. To be eligible to attend kindergarten in the fall, children must be 5 years old on or before the first of August. Application forms need to be turned into the district no later than May 1st. Parents are reminded they’ll need to turn in a number of forms with their child’s application, including a birth certificate, immunization record, proof of residency and, if applicable, custody documents.
