After more than 16 years in business, the Tulipán Hungarian Pastry and Coffee Shop in Wooster will have new owners. Elizabeth Latakos, who came from Hungary to the U.S. back in 1976, is retiring and turning over the business to Mark and Emily Schrull. Tulipán Hungarian Pastry and Coffee Shop currently offers traditional Hungarian pastries, coffee, and crêpes. Under new ownership, the shop intends to add cakes, cupcakes, and a larger variety of coffee. The Schrulls say they have been looking forward to starting a small business and are excited to be a part of the Wooster community.
