The owners of Wooster’s Greenleaf Restaurant have purchased one of the city’s other well known and long time eateries. Jason and Samantha Stine recently bought The Parlor, which is located downtown, at the intersection of Walnut and Liberty streets. The Stines say they’ll do some remodeling and plan to reopen September 1st under a new name, The Leaf. Like The Parlor, The Leaf will be open for breakfast, brunch and lunch. According to the Stines, the menu will focus on fresh ingredients and seasonal fare.
