The Wooster City School District has been given some very good news. After counting all of the mail-in ballots for last month’s rescheduled primary, the Wayne County Board of Elections on Monday said the school district’s 6.5-mill operating levy, which initially looked like it had failed, actually passed.  Once the mail-in votes were counted and certified, the final margin of victory was just over 200 votes.  According to the district, the levy will generate roughly $4 million in annual revenue.
